What You Need Before Starting Your Application

Before starting your application,ensure you have these information/items ready:

2. Identification Documents:Birth Certificate or Passport Biodata.
3. Academic Records: Previous qualification & transcripts, including Secondary school certificates. Note: For Fiji Yr13 Provisional Applicants - attach  Yr12 results; and Fiji Yr12 Applicants - attach Mid-Year reports.
4. Work References (if applicable).

Information for International Students

If you are a international student, please note the following additional requirements:

1. Visa Requirements: For studying in Fiji or other USP member countries.
2. English Language Proficiency: If needed(e.g. IELTS or TOEFL scores)
3. Health Insurance: Check with local providers or inquire through USP International Office 

Information for Postgraduate Students

1. Research Proposal/Statement of Intent (if applicable)
2. Previous Academic Performance: include previous qualifications or professional experience.

What Happens after you apply

Once you have submitted your application:

1. Application review Process: Your application will be evaluated based on eligibility and program requirements
2. Notification of Decision: You will receive an email about your application outcome within a few days( typically 3-5 working days)
3. Acceptance Confirmation/Registration: If accepted, follow the instructions in your offer letter to confirm your enrolment in USP(course registration).
4. Orientation Information: New students will get details about orientation sessions to help them to adjust to university life.
